KEJIE Technology recently introduced the JTIW-80 Entire Automation Unit, a CNC machine tending solution designed to improve the efficiency and stability of production based on the industrial CNC machine environment. The unit is developed for manufacturers that require continuous machining operations, stable cycle times, and reduced manual intervention.
The JTIW-80 Entire Automation Unit integrates an automated loading and unloading module with industrial CNC machines, forming a compact and coordinated production cell. It is mainly used for repetitive workpiece handling tasks, allowing CNC machines to operate with longer uninterrupted cycles and improved equipment utilization.
Structurally, the JTIW-80 consists of a robotic handling module, material storage module, CNC interface module, and safety protection module. These components are managed through a PLC-based control architecture, ensuring synchronized coordination between the automation unit and the industrial CNC machine. The unit supports automatic feeding of raw workpieces and unloading of finished parts, helping reduce idle time and stabilize production flow.

In terms of configuration, the JTIW-80 Entire Automation Unit is designed to be compatible with mid-to-high performance industrial CNC machines. It typically operates under standard industrial power conditions (AC 380V, 50Hz) and supports spindle systems in the range of approximately 5.5kW to 7.5kW. Depending on the CNC machine configuration, spindle speeds can reach up to 24,000 rpm or higher. The control architecture adopts PLC coordination combined with CNC communication protocols to ensure stable interaction between machining processes and automation operations.
One of the key advantages of the JTIW-80 unit is its ability to stabilize production rhythm. By standardizing loading and unloading cycles, it reduces variations caused by manual operation and helps industrial CNC machines maintain consistent cycle times. This improves overall production efficiency and output stability in batch manufacturing environments.
The system is suitable for processing small to medium-sized metal components, including aluminum parts, precision mechanical parts, 3C electronic components, automotive parts, and mold-related workpieces. It is particularly effective in production scenarios where industrial CNC machines are required to run continuously with minimal operator involvement.
From an application perspective, the JTIW-80 Entire Automation Unit is designed for manufacturers upgrading toward higher levels of automation. Rather than replacing industrial CNC machines, it enhances productivity by extending unattended running time and reducing dependency on manual loading processes.
KEJIE Technology positions the JTIW-80 Entire Automation Unit as part of its ongoing development in smart manufacturing solutions, supporting the transition of industrial CNC machine-based production toward higher efficiency and automation.
With increasing demand for intelligent manufacturing, automation solutions like JTIW-80 are becoming an important upgrade path for industrial CNC machine applications, helping factories achieve more stable, efficient, and standardized production processes.
