Workpiece Setup: The raw material is mounted and aligned correctly on the worktable.

Tool Selection: The machine selects the required cutting tools through the ATC.

Machining: The machine executes the programmed operations—drilling vertically and milling horizontally or at angles.

Finishing: The part may undergo deburring or polishing, followed by quality inspection.

 

Advantages of CNC drilling and milling machines include high precision, efficiency, flexibility, minimal material waste, and improved operator safety. These machines are capable of performing multiple processes in a single setup, reducing labor and time costs significantly.

 

Common applications include manufacturing precision holes, creating complex parts from metal or plastic, engraving surfaces, producing molds and dies, and fabricating enclosures for electronic devices.
